以下载human的库为例，操作步骤：

1. Go to www.uniprot.org
2. Click Proteomes.
3. In the search field, type human, and click Search.
4. Click 对应的proteome ID，如UP000005640 .
5. On the left side of the screen, click Reviewed.
6. Click Download.
7. In the dialog box, do the following: a. Keep the Download All option. b. For Format, choose Format FASTA (canonical & isoform). c. Select the Uncompressed option, and click Go.
8. Save the file.
